Anybody have suggestions how to overcome writer's block, or inertia, or procrastination, whatever it is.

I'm supposed to be working on the sequel to TAMING GRAEME. I have a plot outline, and sort of know where I'm going (until the characters dictate otherwise, eh?) but putting my fingers to the keyboard is proving difficult. I keep finding things that HAVE to be done, like walking the dog for the fourth time that day, or cleaning out the linen closet...

So, suggestions, please!
