Success Mindset 102: The Heart Of A Champion
We’ve been discussing the success mindset lately. In my last blog post we talked about the 10 attitudes or traits of a continual failure along with some proper attitude adjustments.
Today in the success mindset series, I wanted to show you an interesting video I found that originated from user “gaming21” on Youtube. Before I show you the video I have to add the disclaimer that I do not own the copyrights to this video and did not produce it.
I am merely sharing the information for this success mindset 102 series to sort of motivate you towards achieving your goals this year with greatness.
Now, here is that video that shows you why…
The Success Mindset Knows No Defeat

What does this video have to do with a successful mindset of a successful person?
Everything! We often want to accomplish great things in life. It’s normal. What is also normal is the expectation that it’s going to be very hard to do, sometimes seemingly impossible.
Seemingly.
You see, the success mindset based person doesn’t see an obstacle as an immovable object. That person instead sees that obstacle as an opportunity to rewrite history. History will be rewritten when you do something that everyone else has tried, failed and declared it an impossibility.
So when you attack it and succeed, now you’re not just a successful but you become a great.
Take the, arguably, greatest basketball player in the history of the game, Michael Jordan. He put it best with this remarkable success mindset based quote.
[box_light]Michael Jordan Once Said…[/box_light]
If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it. ~ Michael Jordan
Does that sound like he had the option to fail? Or does it sound like his only option was to figure out how not to fail?
This is success mindset thinking and what has Michael Jordan accomplished in his career? Six NBA titles and a number of other accolades too far beyond the scope of this blog post to even mention.
The point is, if you’re going to have the success mindset, you need the heart of a champion. Listen to Michael and all the greats in their respective careers in different areas of focus, they never thought the were going to fail.
Ever.
Not even for one split second…and that’s the success mindset you need to have to be great as well.
