This is a rant about a product before it was released. Now that the XBox One is released, I wonder if Josh will still want to "kill the console?" Latest XBox One News

"Josh?" No. "Want to kill" it? Uhm, again; no. I didn't ever say I wanted to kill the XBone. My argument was simple: That the way Microsoft had handled the XBone was a formula for failure. It's still very early, but here are some preliminary results...- Since my rant (it's a voice-of-the-writer thing), they'd eliminated always-on as a requirement, along with other issues I mentioned.
- Don Matrick is now the CEO of Zynga, so that tells you how his career went after overseeing this.
- Microsoft just announced that a cheaper, no-Kinect variant of the XBone will be released.
For our finale...
- The PS4 has outsold the XBone.
So your argument boils down to...What, again? I was far from the only one raising these questions, and my analysis has been spot-on so far. I'm sure the XBone is a great console, but I'm perfectly content with my 360.
