I recently spent a week in Hawai'i with my family. We went to multiple beaches, swam, snorkled, hiked to a waterfall, dove in a submarine, all things she had never done before. Toward the end, I asked my youngest daughter if she was having fun in Hawai'i.

She replied, "I rode a train!"

She did. When we toured the Dole Plantation, one of the attractions was a simple train tour of the farm. On display were pineapples and other plants, even a pond.

That was her favorite part of the island.
