Where does the UKIP get its following?
(apart from the ex-National front members,skinheads, neo fascist organisations and others of a nazi disposition), the answer it would seem is 'Daily Mail readers'.
As far as I know, people in Gibralter, English or Spanish just want to carry on about their business as they have since the treaty of Utrecht, the governments however have a vested interest in making a mountain out of the molehill,(I know Gib.was not made by moles). Sleight of hand means diverting 'Joe Publics' attention away from embarrasing real problems, to those that do not actually amount to a hill of beans, (I know Gib. is not made by Heinz.),The Mail has compared the situation to that of the Falklands, or Malvinas depending....I can't go on.
What a load of jingoistic twaddle, if there is indeed a 'situation' requiring a diplomatic solution, then just get on with it and sort it out, thats what we pay you for, and by the way, it should not have taken over 200 years to do it. Isn't it about time we did away with frontiers? The only point they serve is to line the pockets of our masters, and mark their boundaries, over which they love to squabble, usually using us poor dopes to die for them, fueled by propaganda written in supposedly unbiased reputable papers, that can only be designed to propegate one thing.....hate.
