Nothing but positivity to EVERYONE (except those of you - including so called "supporters" - who have been violent towards other people. As someone who campaigns for mental health awareness, I was disgusted to see people were telling others to 'hang themselves' etc. Absolutely sickening behaviour.)
Life is too short for hate and negativity, let's just all move on smiling!

You need to release. Regardless of how silly this circus is, the trolls will quickly lose interest and you couldn't ask for better launch marketing. As terrible as it feels now it can become something good. I used to do talk radio, and learned very quickly to not listen to my own shows nor look at user comments because even one bored kid feeling big by putting you down can be crushing. Sorry this happened to everyone involved.
Ms Pippa, there is nothing here about you as an author. That would be of more interest to me.
And the fact you actually admit that is kind of adorable.
