My book subject has been moved again and I’m convinced it’s because the authorities don’t want him talking with me or the press. They said it was for medical reasons but the doctors know nothing about it and he isn’t sick. There was a newspaper story in the Maryville Daily Times–you can access it online—and I don’t think they liked the implications, so he’s being punished. I now have to travel nearly 500 miles to talk, as does his lawyer. For a time, they kept us from emailing each other but that seems to be fixed.
