Three other authors and I just started a discussion panel called A Drift of Quills. On the first Friday of each month, we'll talk about issues, gadgets, and social media that affect indie authors: what to do about them, if anything; how and whether they influence us and our writing; and why we should care. The opinion pieces of all four participants will be posted simultaneously on our websites or blogs.
From time to time, we hope to have guest writers sneaking in to spice up the conversation.
The first post went live on October 4 at the following sites: Kristie Kiessling's blog (
http://kristiekiessling.blogspot.com), Robin Lythgoe's website (
http://www.robinlythgoe.com), Patricia Reding's website (
http://www.oathtaker.com), and my website (
http://cmjwallace.com/).
I hope you can join us and that you find the topics useful and interesting.
