It's been a while since my last post so here's an update on progress:

Sword of Light went on release in August and finishes the Edge of Destiny series. It was the series I first thought about writing fifty years ago when I was ten. Needless to say, it has changed somewhat since I first thought of the idea but it feels a little strange to see it finally completed. However, I do plan to write some stand alone spin off novels. Firstly the story of Meltechek, the Rakan god of war, simply because I love writing about the evil machinations of the Rakan females. I also intend to write a book about the invention of the inquisitor (a perfect lie detector) - imagine a world with no lies, its too good a story not to write.

In September, I published Embers of Avarice, the first book in a new series about a doctor who can see past lives and fixes his patients karma as well as their broken bones.

Currently I am finishing off the memoires of my time as a teacher in Cairo. I think I will have to be publish it as a novel though because no one will believe it really happened. I anticipate it will be released in November but no promises.
