Computer failure delayed this blog, but was repaired in time to write:

 Sixty-six years ago, on Oct. 17, 1947, Miss Cicely Price and I were married. We are grateful to God for all the blessings He has given us, including a son, daughter, a daughter-in-law and two grandsons.

 Cicely and I are also very thankful that two generations of former and current young readers have made many best-sellers of my 40-plus wholesome books. We appreciate that 35 of my titles are still on the market in paperback or electronic form.

 We also have another 30-plus out-of-print paperback titles including “An American Adventure,” my series for girls which sold nearly 500,000 copies. Teresa Jones recently asked if I planned to republish those as e-books on Kindle.

          “I grew up reading those books until they fell apart and I would just love to have the ebooks so that one I could re read them and two so that they could remain in my collection forever just as the paperbacks have been. Thank you making such a wonderful set of stories that helped inspire my great love for reading.”
