I don't know about anyone else, but I find shopping a real chore nowadays. Either stores do not have stocked what I want or the checkout process is a pain. Lots of times the price isn't correct or the self-check machines do not work right.
From an investing point of view, I wonder if the stores realize the potential damage to their future profits. I am at a point where I only want to purchase want I really need. After all, if it is that hard to buy something, why bother if you don't have to have it?
From a writer/self-published book seller perspective, I realize the importance of making the sale as easy and pleasant as possible. Amazon makes Ebooks so easy to purchase. I guess it goes back to good customer service. I am going to concentrate on giving the most value to my readers and making the sale as enjoyable as can be.
