More Than Friends: Chloe and Skye
Hello everyone!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. My family and I did. Lately I have been working my fingers to the bone. I do not have a release date for More Than Friends as of yet. HOWEVER I do think that January is looking very promising. Although Thanksgiving has passed I am still in the holiday spirit so I decided I would give you a small excerpt from More Than Friends. I need to look into those sparkling pools of green that only see me. I know that the comfort I so desperately need in this moment could only be found there. He is here with me and says he is not going anywhere. Do I believe him? I think I do.
When Skye is around I am happy, and content in his arms. When he touches me it is unlike anything I have ever felt. I now know what Madonna was talking about when she said “Like a virgin, touched for the very first time.” Everything with him is new and exciting. His expert touch is nothing like I have felt before. Everything feels sensual, exotic, loving and safe. The only way to sum it up is everything about him feels right. Like two pieces to a puzzle are finally put together to make a whole. There is no denying the emotions I feel for this man. Geez, for someone who has sworn off men, I sure did jump into whatever this is between us head first. I learned the hard way a long time ago to go with your gut and I really hope this doesn’t bite me in the ass later.
