Having just published my first book, I was very keen to get some feedback outside of my loyal family and close friends!

I knew that once you ask someone to pay then any feedback is likely to be more honest ... and critical.

So I was delighted to get three 5* ratings on Amazon. The fourth, only added today was 4*. The lady in question was moved to make a comment about my misspelling of the Glasgow district of Govan. (I spelt it Govern. Given that its only mentioned twice in a 150,000 word book it just shows how small things can have an impact!
