Kindle Paperwhite

Bonnie Edwards

I've had my Kindle Paperwhite since Christmas morning...long enough to have some thoughts on it.

Number 1: It is incredibly easy on the eyes. After a long day of being on my pc to write, I look forward to reading and feeling my eyes actually relax.

Number 2: I'm not sure I like the way it links to Goodreads. Yes, it is easy to rank a book...but in order to review or comment on a book, I am expected to remember to do it later. I can't find a way to actually write a review on my Paperwhite.

If anyone has tips for doing this, I would appreciate it. (and no, of course I haven't read the entire manual...who does? LOL)

I don't know about you, but often I read to the end of a book quickly because something else is waiting for my attention: like cooking dinner, or seeing my kids, or walking the dog or you know, LIFE.

I rarely remember or have time to come to GR to write a review on a book I have already ranked.

Anyone else have thoughts on this? Or tips to make writing a review on a Paperwhite easier? The problem is that I need to haul out or start up another device, either my iPad or my pc in order to come here to write the review. Two devices to write a few words...just seems counter productive to me.

Thanks for reading!
