Those two words hold so much meaning, as in...

...My novel, The Virgin Detective is breaking out this morning
...I'm breaking out in a cold sweat over reviews, stats and clicks.
...a tiny fire broke out atop my stove because I'm distracted by all of this.

Lesson learned....When breaking out, don't panic.
