If you haven't posted a review before, here is the process:

1) First, go to www.amazon.com and make sure you're logged in on the account you used to purchase the book.
2) Next, go to the product page for the book (http://amzn.to/1hUOwFa)
3) Then scroll down about midway through the page to the Customer Reviews section. At the bottom, right above the picture and bio, will be a button that says "Write a Customer Review." Click on it.
4) From there, click the number of stars then weigh in and submit.
