Update info..

To answer some questions forwarded about this new blog, which perhaps I should have included within my first post.

'Innocent, Vulnerable & Legally Abducted' by FS Fayth is a fiction book based on a true story. Jane, John and their three boys, Chris, Luke and Josh are just an ordinary loving family. When Chris, due to his medical problems, behaves in more erratic way than usual, Jane calls for help. Little did Jane realise that a simple call, made out of concern for her troubled son, would plunge the family into a social care and family court system where the truth holds little sway and prejudice, misrepresentation and outright lies are used in an attempt to destroy the family unit. Jane and John are sucked into a legal and emotional nightmare, witnessing first-hand the secretive side of a care system that local authorities and the courts never want the general public to see.

The book is also available on Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com, and any other electronic bookshop including Waterstones, WH Smith, eBay, Lovereading etc.

Within this post I would like to express to others who may be going through their own trauma, and not just necessarily on the same subject ie. health, relationships, financial, even the most taboo subjects. I have found writing has not only helped my thoughts/emotions, but has let me deal with my trauma in such a positive way I never thought possible. At first, I didn't really believe in this, as I used to write random statements that had no meaning. But bringing each written word together and shape its meaning and context is one of the most powerful things one can do - all without being chastised or criticized. Its then up to you if you wish these thoughts to be shared or kept private.

I also know this to be true by communicating with others who have suffered from their own troubless - check out the memoirs section on Goodreads website or any other bookshop to see how many people have found writing useful. I'm not suggesting everyone should write a book and find answers whenever a challenging situation arises - but perhaps a few words on paper can take the heat off.

So, as a random post this is - hopefully its helped someone. As for now...my pen is on paper whilst I'm having my next dose of therapy !
