My book will be released by my publisher, 5FoldMedia on June 17th, 2014! "But I LIKED It...and Other Lies" is my story of overcoming the shame of sexual abuse, and the stigma of mental illness.
As a survivor of many kinds of abuse, it's my desire to bring hope and restoration to others by sharing this; my personal journey and path to freedom from lies that were left over from years of abuse.
Exacerbated by the mental illnesses, bi-polar disorder,dissociative identity disorder,borderline personality disorder, and PTSD, were my daily struggles with suicidal thoughts.
For the past seven years I have been happy, healthy and free from the bondage of lies like; I liked it, I asked for it, I choose it, and I was the responsible one, since my father was always drunk when the abuse took place. I now want to help others.
A portion of every sale will go to the prevention of, rescuing from, and restoration of victims of human trafficking.
