Don't believe what is said about you
it may not be true.
Are you really ugly?
Fat?
Undesired?
Can you really sing
or praise your words to the birds?
The words that put you down
can damage you far into life.
I know this.
Walk upon the waters
knowing you are far greater
than the words that have been spoken to you.
Reach out
to your sky
to the bounty of your
gift that maybe hidden deep.
Shoved in
by words
said
untrue about you from a young age.
Sing without abandon
Dance into the night
as your heartlight guides you.
For the words spoken against you
Are false.
You now know
your heart
and it's
Possibility.
Sing!
