As I wrote earlier, I've been loving me my yoga these days. A recent class with the theme of traveling particularly blissed me out. But— just in the nick of time—the following week's theme pulled me from the brink of total submission and back toward the almost-angry-at-anything-smacking-of-new-age camp.
