Ghost Moons and Phantom Ships

Beach reading, summer reading, how about a haunted tale of the sea?

Tales of Terror has "Three Skeleton Key" by George G. Toudouze with the audio version and the radio play staring Vincent Price.

Also is "The Ghost Ship" by Richard Middleton and more stories if you're looking for free summertime spooky stories by the sea.

Werner Paula, you might enjoy the anthology Mysterious Sea Stories by William Pattrick . Not all of these stories are supernatural in nature, but some of them are. (Here's the link to my review: www.goodreads.com/review/show/18612643 .)

I've read Middleton's "the Ghost Ship," (years ago), and liked it. It's not included in the book I just mentioned, but it is in Great Tales of Terror and the Supernatural by Phyllis Wagner .

Werner Always glad to point another reader toward a good book, Paula! (That comes naturally to a librarian. :-) )
