Current Writing
In addition to my daily Christianity blog, I am writing two more Bible-based books. But my most challenging new effort is a novel of historical fiction. It is based on a true story, and one that is very close to me.
Taking on historical fiction for a first novel is a huge step for me. I have much research in the works, and so little time. I have learned that being an author these days means that you must learn AND DO a lot of marketing and self-promotion. It is a skill that I am reluctantly learning, but it is necessary.
The initial "plunge" into that sort of promotion is nearly behind me, so I hope to get back to devoting more time to writing.

I understand the difficulty of self-marketing and have no answers. It's a tough road. I've published one book - in December. It's also historical fiction, inspired by a true story. Blessings on your efforts!
