Woo-hoo! I just returned from vacation in North Carolina. I’m not a huge beach lover, but it’s fun to go swimming in the waves and then warm up in the sun with the soft sand around you :)
Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten much writing done recently, but as a cure, I’ve planned to start writing backwards! Yes, I’m writing the showdown scene of Black Wing before I continue with Chapter Ten. And yes, there is a showdown scene. It’s not extremely exciting– well, it’s exciting as in it may reveal a lot. But it doesn’t have a lot of jumping around and killing and all that good stuff.
But there may be some of that in other mini-showdown scenes. Maybe.
I think I may be seriously spoiling my book right now.
