First ever blog on Goodreads...hello, everyone!
I am just home again after a month of touring to promote my new book Cherry Crush... lots of fun but kind of exhausting, too! I seem to have criss-crossed the whole of the UK and even made a trip across to Dublin. So far, the feedback on Cherry Crush is fab - phew!
With just a couple more events this side of Xmas, it's time now to settle down and get on with writing the next book in the Chocolate Box Girls series, Vanilla Skye... so if I go quiet for a while, you know what I'm up to!

Hi Cathy! I really loved Dizzy! I loved how you wrote it as if you were the girl, it made me feel as if I was Dizzy! I ordered Cherry Crush and can't wait it arrives! Then, I will absolutely read Marshmellow Skye!

Hi Cathy, on your blog you put Vanilla Skye, but the books really called Marshmallow Skye, so did you change the name?
I read Marshmallow Skye ... It was great! Which sister will it be next? Summer? :D

My fave book by Cathy is Marshmallo Skye, then Cherry Crush.
6 DAYS UNTIL SUMMER'S DREAM COMES OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am hyperventalating at the moment... Also means 7 days until my birthday. All the good books are coming out on my birthday, like Summer's Dream and The Golden Lily... Yahhh!!!

My favourite book by Cathy would probably have to be Ginger Snaps
That was the first Cathy Cassidy book I had read (which was ages ago) and once I had read that book I had to read all her other books and I am glad I did.
I have read Ginger Snaps so man times I have lost count.
And every time I see a boy in a trilby hat I can't not think about a saxophone....

Just a question for anyone who knows the answer ;) Is there a reason why Skye's book is sometimes called Vanilla Skye and sometimes called Marshmallow Skye? Is there a difference. :) x
Nope. Yesterday I went to Angus and Robertson in Australia and found out that they didn't have Summer's Dream yet!!!!
