Another book so out of my usual genre. This is a deep and emotional read.

Sam knows who she is but is dealing with some serious demons on top of trying to give up old habits plus be in a committed relationship. Her lover, Sasha is trying to come to terms with her sexuality, while dealing with her friends, family, faith and her choices.

This books hits on a few serious topics and the effect it has on the characters and how they dealt with them. And yet, the author managed to write a HEA ending. The story did not read like fiction, it reads like it could have actually been someone's life. Excellent writing.
