4 Days until the release of my book, "Behind the Gates of Gomorrah, a Year with the Criminally Insane." My story of taking care of the murders, mass murders, psychopaths and mentally ill guys at Napa State Hospital, in California, one of the most dangerous, violent places in the country. It will expose the dark secret at Napa. Over 3,000 assaults a year, mainly on patients, and nothing is said or done about it. Until now. I’m advocating for change to make Napa safer for everyone. Especially my patients, many of whom have been forgotten.

Today: All movie stuff. Have a screenwriter and producer "attached" to the project. We're going after a "name" director next - think Spiderman - but we'll see. That's all in the future.

For the next two days I'll post some personal stuff about my patients, my feelings towards them, the staff and for the other thousands of people - staff and patients - who live and work in equally violent "hospitals" all over the country. See you tomorrow
