I'm so excited to announce that The Mourning Hours was one of five finalists for the Housatonic Book Awards from Western Connecticut State University. (Thanks, Beth Slattery, for recommending that I enter TMH!) I received this news a few weeks ago, but was asked not to post until the official announcement was made. Here it is:
