“You know that plumber we hired to put in a french drain that never returned our calls but when he finally did show up he accidentally broke the water main and charged us $6,500 to fix it and then went around the neighborhood telling people we were deadbeats because we refused to pay him the balance until all the work was completed?  I need his number.  I want him to put in a new water heater.”
