Red Rain UPDATE

Sigh...

I hate to do this, but after much thought and consideration, I'm going to have to push the publication date back for this book. Last month I had a family member get diagnosed with cancer. Needless to say, it's thrown my writing schedule completely out of whack. I have still been working on the book, but I realized that at the end of the day I'd rather have a product I'm proud of, then one I rushed through to get it out on time. And I hope that you readers feel the same. I didn't make this decision lightly, and it's something the professional in me balks at, but I've been working at a breakneck speed to try and finish this and noticing that because of all the other issues I'm dealing with, my words just weren't what they needed to be.

I'm not comfortable setting another date, because I don't honestly know. What I can tell you is that I'm not going to drag this thing out forever. Like I said, I'm working on the book, but being able to go at a slower pace gives me time to think about what I'm writing without the stress of trying to meet a deadline added to it.

However, Forbidden (the Night series spinoff series about the berserkers I introduced in Howler's Night) will still be published this month.

Thank you all for your understanding and just know, like I said, I'm not working on another project. I'm working on Red Rain. It will still be the next book published after Forbidden, that hasn't changed.

Marie Hall Thank you, Patty. I really do appreciate it. And I can say without the stress of a deadline my words are coming much easier for me. :)
