Do you know the area I write about, the area around Malaga, especially the Axarquia? It's a beautiful and interesting area full of many "characters" both locals and ex-pats. I try to capture the locality, the events (such as fiestas etc) and the people. The first review I had fod "Andalucian Mysteries" said she "thought the stories coul have gone into much more detail about the region". I didn't agree but in the second book More Andalucian Mysteries I took note of the comments and did go more into some things. But hrtr is the dilemma. The stories are of crime, mystery and such like and not travelogues. They have to have a credible plot, characters and a twist in the tail or at least a surprise ending. I hope I succeed in doing this. Read them and decide for yourself.
