Phoebe Halliwell of Charmed, played by Melissa Milano.

Phoebe Halliwell is one of the three sisters in the TV Series "Charmed".  Of the Three, Phoebe developes visions, levitation, and empathy. She is the youngest sister until Prue dies, then she becomes the middle sister when they find Paige.  Through out the series, she seems to be the one that is most concerned with finding true love.  I'm sorry, but right now what is on my mind is, when you googled, 'Charmed", did ya happen to read the one about a "Reboot"?               WooHoo!!!!
