Sucks. Completely sucks. I got a shot of juice from a really strange place. My writing group had a Prompts Night. One of the prompts was to pick a book, fiction or non-, open the book to a random page, then shuffle a deck of cards, and draw one at random. Use the number on the card to count down the sentences on the page to that number and use it to write a scene. Whether it is in your current target or not, it gets the words flowing and then maybe you can turn it toward your project once they are. Good luck!

That's a COOL idea, Angel. Thanks for sharing it! I think I'm going to try that one! I'll let you know... :)

I'm working on a horror story and used a murder mystery book. Got a GREAT scene for the horror novel out of it on my first try. =D Hope you mileage is as good!
Oh, and if you don't have cards handy, dice work.
