I defrosted some of my pumpkin stash for tomorrow’s pumpkin pie.  But what do I do with the leftover pumpkin?

My recipe database, that I’ve been using for over 30 years, has about 45 pumpkin-related recipes.  My problem is that I’m cooking for the sake of not wasting pumpkin, as opposed to cooking with love and heart because it IS pumpkin.

Those orange-colored guys really get to me every year.
