Goal = Process

From Coma To Competition

Thought of the day:

Goals are the foundation of success. It is the definition of success. And the "process" of reaching that goal becomes even more important then the outcome. As Cervantes wrote, "the road is better than the inn."

As I wrote in my first book (Coma to Competition), the victory was not the trophy; it was the change to me that happened because of the "process."
