In 2015, my husband and I built our dream home. We had our 3rd Grandchild come into our lives, and our Son and his family spent Christmas with us. It was a wonderful year.
2016 is nearly ending, and I have to recap. We sold the house, not happy with a large mortgage and 2 HOA fees. We bought a travel trailer and began investing in ourselves.
We are genuinely happy, and my writing career is at a high point. I'm currently in a contest for the 1st of a Para/Rom trilogy I've been fleshing out. It's due January 15th, and an agent and publication are on the line.
As I sit in my tiny house and write, read and enjoy life without the stresses of our previous budget, I digress daily.
I am thankful, and I am invested in myself and my writing. I hope the holidays find all the other writers and readers in the same boat.
