What I'm doing to "Eighteen Months"

I've asked my publisher to remove my erotic novel, "Eighteen Months," from publication. Amazon disallowed it recently, but it was back up after a few, minor changes. Now I've decided, since I had to redo a tiny bit of it anyway, to fix a 13-page section in chapter 1, that I never was happy with.

I write contemporary adult fantasy. Since it's "fantasy," it requires a little [I hope only a little] suspension of belief, on the part of the reader. If that isn't clear, think about time travel stories, and you'll get my idea. Most people don't believe in time travel, or magic for that matter. So, if you read a time-travel story, or one with magic, you "suspend belief" for a bit to enjoy it.

My novel, "Eighteen Months" is 396 pages. I'm an admitted perfectionist. So I will change the 13 or so pages to make the "suspension of belief" part more "believable," LOL.

"Eighteen Months" should be available again before May 5. I'll let you know when it is.

I'd rather lose the money than publish something that I think isn't the best I can do.
