Contagion of Evil in the Air

In the glittering world of F. Scott Fitzgerald's stories, do you think you would find a ghost story? Come meet the dark stranger in a derby hat and experience F. Werner This Fitzgerald story is another of my favorites from the The Oxford Book of Twentieth-Century Ghost Stories! The setting is certainly more Hitchcockian than Poe-like; but Fitzgerald has his own distinctive flavor of storytelling.

Paula Cappa Absolutely agree, Werner. I've not read Fitzgerald in such a long time. I'm inspired to pick up more of his short fiction now.
