The Stove-Junker is finally here!

Tomorrow my first novel The Stove-Junker enters the world’s literary marketplace. I am excited and humbled, fearful and proud,  that all those hours, days, weeks, years spent working on the book, all the ruminating, writing, decisions made, editing, re-editing, re-re-editing, countless drafts and working through good health, financial hardship, sickness, a wedding, honeymoon, the birth of my son, all of it, the self-doubt, the feelings of inadequacy and rage and sheer joy have finally come to fruition. I hope people will find something of merit in my character Somerset Garden’s story. I hope they will be moved to tears, and love the world I spent so carefully constructing, one based on a real place, my old hometown of Drums, PA.
