I would love to be a beta reeader for you. I dont usually read this type of book but Tent City drew me in and i couldn't put it down . I really like you're style of writing. You make it believeable and interesting i couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next.
it would be an honor to do this. I am a fast reader but i comprehend anda also catch grammar and spelling errors. My Mother taught English so this was drummed into my head.

Sure, I'm new here, not really sure how everything works yet. I've been working on reviews, I read that I needed to do 5 reviews of 400 words to start to be considered to be given free books to review. I'm not worried about getting paid (it would be nice) but my love is reading. I'm trying to perfect my reviews, do justice to you while also making it long enough and not giving away too much

Lots of authors give away free books when you sign up for Read for Reviews. Helps feed the reading habit :)

How do I sign up for that? Sorry to ask so many questions, I'm having a hard time finding my way around this site. If you're busy please let me know or feel free to answer later. I know when I'm working I don't like to be disturbed when the muse is flowing, I have a sign I post, "My Muse and I are busy creating, enter, knock or disturb in any way unless it's an emergency will be hazardous to your health". My 2 grandsons finally have learned to respect that and know they will get their time too.

I love that saying! I need to teach my husband when the muse is in the room :)

If you are on Facebook, go to the page Band of Dystopian and join there. There are read for reviews all the time there and also they have some here on Goodreads. You can just look up "Read for Reviews" for groups and you can find the genre you are interested in. But find Band of Dystopian Authors and Fans, we have a lot of fun there!

Finally got the Tent City review done. Sorry it took so long. I hope it does justice to such a great book. Please let me know what you think and what I need to change, improve upon for my review of Red River. I should have doing reviews pretty much perfected by the time you're finished with book 3.

I can't imagine ever wanting to change anything you would ever write, as the reviews are yours and authors are lucky to be able to have a glimpse into what someone feels about the stories they tell. Thanks I just wrote the truth, just wasn't sure about the layout and things like that. I do reviews of tutorials about different methods of beading, wire working and silversmithing and there are certain criteria to follow. I get points towards the purchase of tutorials for those reviews.
I'd much rather get a book to read and write an honest review in return, I will have a hard time if I don't like it, I have to be honest but I know from my experience being an artist How much it hurts when someone doesn't like my work. I have learned to review making sure to say it's my opinion if it's the story I don't like but if it's the way it's written, the grammar or spelling I try to find ways to suggest in a positive manner ways to improve.
I have no such worries when writing reviews of your books and now that I know that there are no strict criteria to follow it won't take so long. I do remember seeing when I first found this site reviews needed to be 400 words, I can't find this again. Do you know anything about this?
