Dear Diary…

I can’t think. I can’t feel.  It’s like a dark and cold prison that slowly closes in on me. It doesn’t matter if I close my eyes or open them; there is only this black void. When they come for me, I can’t even scream. I can’t call for help or try to fight back. It’s pointless. Because I know my silence is the only reason I’m still alive.
