Why is it that you think you can lean on people in times of need, because clearly that's what you would do for them…but in the end you can't; and in reality you are not surprised! Maybe when you give too much, you don't get the same in return. Does that make you a better person or a dumber person? I think it's debatable. I also think I am one of the dumb ones who gives too much, too often and then gets burned in the end. Damned if you do damed if you don't!
