Sometimes I feel like if you open up and tell people what bothers you suddenly people think that you’re weak and no longer able to solve your own problems. I mean, is sharing what’s bugging you something wrong?

What is it with this messed-up perception that if it’s not important, you should keep it to yourself?

Most of all, why do I even think that way?
