Well it has been a few weeks since my last blog. What can I say…life happens? My world gets crazy, and I get pulled twenty different directions. But don’t we all. One exciting thing I would like to share is that SACRED is getting some great reviews. I am thrilled. And I mean the reviews from real people that have read it. Nothing makes me happier to hear that I have touched someone’s life, I have made them stop and think, or the book scared the hell out of them…ha ha. Yes, it has some creepy elements to it. But isn’t life scary? I think it’s terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time. Kind of like how I feel about the future of my novel. I am so excited of all the things beginning. I had a great news article written, and I have my first book signing and Q&A. I have no clue what I am going to say but I find that I am better under pressure. Being my raw self is my best self. Take it or leave it. I hope take it but I’m a realist and know not everyone will love me or my novels. A question I have received from one my readers is “Your book is very “real” what emotions did you experience while writing it?” Wow, where do I start? I felt attached to each of my characters as they came to life. It was almost the feeling of being on a great roller coaster ride. It was amazing but I was relieved when it was done. I couldn’t wait to release this beautiful story to the world and watch God take control. SACRED is suspenseful and creepy, but has a very deep thinking meaning to all of it. I want everyone to experience it. I want everyone to love it. I hope you will. Until next time…signing off.
