I've recently completed a new Hannah Kline mystery novel, The Goldilocks Planet, and it will be available in August. I'm very excited about this book because it is set in a world I find fascinating and would like to share with my readers. I've always been an astronomy junkie and have been carefully following the search for planets around other stars. In this novel, LAPD detective Daniel Ross is assigned the job of solving the murder of a Nobel Prize winning astronomy professor. Any number of people have a motive for murder, including the victim's pregnant wife, who happens to be a patient of Daniel's fiance Hannah Kline. Hannah has been helpful to Daniel in previous cases, but this time her medical ethics prevent her from sharing what she knows, including a crucial clue to the identity of the killer.
