My prose does not do justice to the island. It really is a tiny perfect hunk of France plopped down in the middle of the Caribbean.

As the series progresses, I will be posting even more pictures of places described--not just on the island but other settings as the characters move around the globe.

I hope this enriches the experience. I'm never sure if visual aids help or hinder. Sometimes the most evocative pictures are the ones we imagine in our own heads.
