One of the goals I set for myself (amongst others) was to write a million words. Seeing that I moved into writing full-time around February this is a little easier for me than those of you guys who are still working full-time jobs. I’m thrilled to say that I’ve proved a point to myself this year and hopefully you too…

One being that you can DO ANYTHING you put your mind to. Anything. I believe that… you should too. It’s empowering and leaves you pushing when you want to give up, shoving forward when you’re ready to throw in the towel.

I write under several pen names and ghost write to help sustain my income while I figure out this lovely marketing game that our industry seems to have convoluted beyond recognition!

As a side note, I have 3 kids, a hubby, a church I lead worship and lead Bible studies/Sunday school in, a few other side businesses and I do sleep. Don’t think I sit in this cave all the time. I don’t. I have a process and have honed it to the nth degree to make it work for me. I’ll share it soon… the point? I make time for the things I want to make time for. Is it easy to write sometimes? Heck no. I’d rather brush my teeth with superglue some days, but I committed to making this my full-time job, so… it is. :)
