In energy work, which energies do you release and which do you hold on to?

There are two types of energy in energy work.

Some energy, such as the energy of pain, of experience, of emotion and of current and past beliefs and behaviours needs to be processed (understood), released and grounded down out of the body.

While other energy, such as the energy released for new growth needs to be maintained in the body.

To determine which energy needs to be grounded and which needs to be maintained takes time and experience. As a rough guide, energy which needs to be grounded tends to be painful when first accessed and processed. It also stirs up specific emotions, feelings and memories.

Energy of re-growth tends to feel like high vibrational ‘buzzing’ when first accessed; it releases no pain, emotion or memory, just a feeling of slight discomfort.
