Spiderworld

My latest speculative fiction has been available since July 2015. This is a 100,000 word science fiction based on activities on a planet where the most powerful sentient species is a race of spider-like creatures. Humans have been imported on a large scale as slaves.
The main characters are firstly Boklung, slave owner, horticulturist, human breeder, amateur scientist, trader, financier, huntsman, entrepreneur and space expedition planner.
Secondly, there is Jack, a human breeding buck, who escapes into the wilds. Boklung plans to use him as captain on a one-way and very risky expedition to set up a settlement on a distant and never visited planet. Spiderworld by Richard Bunning Spiderworld

Patrick McCusker Hi Richard:

I said I'd buy Spiderworld. I did. Amazon assures me it will be in the post on 27 May. Look forward to reading. I will then do a review for you.

Keep on trucking!

Paula Richard, as you know, I liked Spiderworld very much. It had me frightened and suspenseful in the way science fiction used to do. Powerful book.
On another matter, usually when you have made a comment such as you did this evening (re the contest group), you are in an oft-times advanced, but small, minority; I think this time you may be finding you are in quite a large group, probably a majority of those whom you might expect to find.
Now, given Brexit, and Demexit, can you think of a good term for it? (Note that I, having committed to edit the anthology, am not so free to.)
---Paula
