The Road So Far…
It’s been almost 4 months since I’ve released by debut novel, In The Eyes Of Madness. I thought that the work for a book was over after it gets published. That did not seem the case. I feel that there actually more work to promoting a book than to simply sit down and write it. I’m not complaining. It’s actually been a very interested experience and quite fun. The response to the book has been pretty good so far. Unfortunately, I don’t think my editor did a very good job with editing the book because I’ve gotten some comments about typos.
Oh well, last month I had the book proofread again and re-released it. Hopefully, all the mistakes have been caught. Despite that, here’s what a few reviewers are saying about the book…
” I look forward to reading more of the writer’s highly addictive writing style. I predict this book will be met with award winning honors.” – Suzie Housley, Midwest Reviewer (June 2015 issue)
“The journey that results will inject ‘rehab’ with an entirely new interpretation that skirts the boundaries of reality and supernatural worlds in a tense saga that’s engrossing and hard to put down.” – Diane Donovan, Senior Reviewer at Midwest Review (July 2015 issue)
“An engaging world of adventure, suspense, and intrigue that will captivate readers from everywhere.” – Danielle Urban, Reviewer of Universal Creativity EZine (June 2015 issue)
“It’s a fun ride to go on with him. It’s exciting, and interesting.” – Paij Slater, Book Reviewer
“The feeling of dark evil comes alive as the tale begins to heave in deep breaths, unsettling and brilliant in its execution by the author.” – Dii (Amazon Top 500 Reviewer)
All in all, not too bad for a couple months! My only question now is, where do authors find the time to continue writing while spending so much time promoting their books??
Coming in a few weeks, a poll for the title of the next book. Stay tuned!
