This is another wonderful short story from Thomma Lyn Grindstaff. I love this writer's style and have read a few of her short stories recently.

In this tale about a family's secrets, there is a clear message about how holding on to the past can cause problems for the future. A family curse is blamed for holding everyone back. Harley makes a discovery and it leads to an unexpected decision.

It would be wonderful to see this story develop. The ending was great and definitely left open the possibility that this could become a longer story.
